How can a relatively simple concept, a typeface, take advantage of the ever growing stream of information around us?
Scraper is an application that uses Google news rss feeds to generate a typeface based on user input. When queried, Scraper searches for feeds related to the search-term and uses the results to populate the requested characters. Once created, it continuously generates unique sets of 5 weights –light, regular, medium, bold and black– from either the current data, or an archive of all previous results for the query.
